Our Mission

Women on Wheels
Peer & Advocacy Group

Women on Wheels is a sisterhood supporting women with spinal cord injuries and paralysis and their loved ones.

Established in 2014, Women on Wheels was created to address the need for safe spaces where women with disabilities could seek support.  Since its inception, our organization has grown globally, welcoming members from various countries such as the U.S., U.K., Nigeria, and Mexico.

Through mentorship, presentations, events, and our weekly support group, we strive to educate and empower women with disabilities to advocate for themselves and uplift our communities.
